I believe this image qualifies as fair use because:

1. The purpose of Wikipedia is primarily educational. It is hosted by the non-profit مؤسسة ويكيميديا and derives no revenue from the copyrighted material on its servers. Its purpose is not to defraud or defame copyright holders. Usage of this image in NetBSD-related material has artistic and academic merit.
2. We are giving credit to the copyright holder, NetBSD.
3. In addition to being fair use, use of this image also falls within NetBSD's license, because we are non-commercial and using an unmodified version of the image, not using the NetBSD logo in a way unrelated to the NetBSD Foundation, Project, or operating system, and not using it in a way detrimental to the NetBSD Foundation. We are using the logo to identify NetBSD-related content.
