Although Palestinian sovereignty is recognized by about 130 countries, Palestine is not a member of the الأمم المتحدة and lacks other indicators of legal sovereignty. The State of Palestine/Palestinian territories consist of the الضفة الغربية and the قطاع غزة. In this list, for purposes of counting bordering states, the Palestinian territories are considered to be a single sovereign entity.
